She is the name behind the brand and our official den mother. Amanda keeps us happy, well fed and still manages to create lovely new products. We`d be nothing without her. |

ANDREW
Andy started with us at 14, cleaning the kitchen after school and happily he is still with us at 21. He labels, he packs, he sings and, girls, he can even cook! |

CAROLINE
Now retired from active stove duties, Caroline oversees the day to day running of the business and fancies herself as a marketing whiz. Currently channelling her natural bossiness into teaching preserving classes with Amanda and Narelle

Our Gen Y ambassador, translator and computer wunderkind, Meg is the eyes and ears of the operation. Oh and she cooks beautifully too. |

NARELLE
Our kitchen manager and efficiency personified. Narelle is about 10 steps ahead of everyone else and sometimes moves so quickly she is invisible. |

SIMONE
Dynamite at markets, Simone could sell fridges to Eskimos. She also manages to keep our books and sometimes even us in order. |

RAE
Our resident jam thermometer, Rae knows setting points as well as her name. Good nature personified. |

JACQUI
The new kid on the block, Jacqui can very competently turn her hand to any job in the kitchen. You`ll often see her smiling face at the markets. |
